how to not think about work after 5pm

Yee-haw, Happy Canada's Day to my fellow Canucks. ðŸ‡ĻðŸ‡Ķ

My husband and I celebrated up on a stage... actually two stages but I don't have a photo of either so here is last years ðŸĪŠ

If there's one thing I fkn LOVE most about freelancing since ClickUp came into my life...

On weekends and evenings, I don't think about work for a single second.

Even at my busiest, I haven't thought about client work outside of working hours in forever.

When I check off that last to-do in my master task list and it's 5pm on the dot, I officially become my outie bc work doesn't seem to exist anymore.

It's easy to do that when I know exactly what I accomplished that day, and what I'm working on tomorrow, the next day, the whole week.

It's easy to log on at 11am after 5k steps with the dog, going to the gym, & reading a couple chapters of Try Hard with a second coffee when those 5 hours of work I've got scheduled always go according to plan.

It's easy to TAKE those fall in-lap opportunities that push me just beyond my comfort zone, when every project falls into place and flows regardless.

& that's why you got ClickUp in the first place, right?

you wanna get organized so you can chill tf out and not work so much

you want more balance in your life so work doesn't suck all the air out all the time

you wanna rake in more cash but get time back and apparently Clickup can do that

the whole mile-long task lists for every client with missed due dates or no due dates bc they don't seem to mean anything anyways... not working

the 30+ minutes every morning clicking between clients bc everything is overwhelming to look at and nothing is actually helpful... tired of it

saying fk it and making paper to-do lists bc you can't find that list you remember making somewhere and you're over wasting time looking for it... the actual worst

all of that? we sayin' GOODBYE with a simple and strategic ClickUp system:

FOCUS FRAMEWORK
