​A really big new project signed. A delayed project came back from the dead. And I still had the normal workload of my existing retainer clients. 😬

It was all happening at once.

I thought for a second about how I would've handled this before ClickUp:

→ doing the same things for clients but constantly reinventing the wheel

→ taking time to make a fresh to-do list every single day

→ reacting to every email and request the second it came in

→ jumping from thing to thing with no real focus

My head's spinning just thinking about it.

So this sudden influx of work would absolutely have sent me screaming before.

Which made it even more noticeable that I felt so calm.

I just went through the client planning process, created my singular plan, and still managed to keep a 5-hour daily limit.

How TF did we get here?

It dawned on me then how much Focus Framework has changed me:

I don't have the same anxieties.

I don't let fear take over like I used to.

I don't stay in states of overwhelm for very long at all.

I don't have the same difficulties sinking into my work.

There is space where there used to be scarcity.

There is courage where there was fear.

There is clarity where it was mostly confusion.

Clearly that's what a *real system* does
